This condo needed some serious TLC as nothing had been updated since the building itself was constructed in 1974. The main eye sore was the kitchen which had a very dysfunctional existing layout. We ended up tearing out the entire kitchen and opening it up towards the living area, building a large peninsula with counter stool seating space. Because of limited space and budget limitations, this ended up being a challenging but fun little project!
